What it does
No subscription. A one-time purchase, and it is yours.
A simple timer that measures and records the hours you are fasting. It promises no outcome and states nothing about what is happening in your body. It is a tool that shows your own record back to you, honestly.
- One tap from a preset
- 12:12 (for a first try), 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD (23:1)
- The last preset is remembered, so the next start is a single tap
- A custom length is there if you want to set your own
- Recording, without deciding anything
- Two buttons: start the fast, end the fast
- Ending short of the target says only "recorded, X hours Y minutes", with no word of judgement
- Within a minute of starting, the record can be cancelled without being kept
- Days running, and the week
- Days running appear only as lit days on a calendar. No number is played up, and stopping early is never called a failure
- The weekly total and the usual hours are visible at a glance
- Patterns in your own record
- Once seven completed records are in, something like "in your recent records, more of them started around 20:00" is shown, drawn from your own log
- This is statistics about past records. It is not health advice and not a diagnosis. Nothing says a particular hour is best
- Quiet at night
- Notifications are silent overnight (22:00 to 06:00 by default). Anything that fell in those hours arrives as one factual note when the quiet hours end
No ads, no account. If anything leaves your phone, the screen that does it says so.
