What it does
Tap when the baby falls asleep, tap when they wake. From that, and from your own baby's rhythm, a rough time for the next sleep.
- One tap to record
- "Asleep" when they go down, "awake" when they get up
- Times can be corrected afterwards
- Feeds and nappies are deliberately not added. Recording is kept as light as possible
- A guide that emerges from your own record
- Once about three days are in (six sleep stretches), a rough time for the next sleep is shown, based on your own baby's record
- A short reason is written alongside it, such as "the last nap was on the short side, so this is earlier than usual"
- Until enough is recorded, a general rough guide for the first month or two is shown for reference, with its source
- Honest, and never blaming
- When the guide is wrong, nothing turns red and nothing marks a cross
- Nothing here is stated as a certainty. It is a rough guide
- This is not medical advice and this app is not a medical device. For anything about your baby's health or development, please talk to the people you usually turn to
- Quiet at night
- Notifications are silent overnight (22:00 to 06:00 by default), and the hours can be changed
- Made to be safe to use
- Everything stays inside this device only (nothing is sent anywhere at all)
- No account is needed
- No ads
- The record, the timeline and the next-sleep guide are all yours to use
- About the in-app purchase
- A one-time purchase opens the weekly summary (total sleep for the week, how it is moving, how close the guides came)
No ads, no account. If anything leaves your phone, the screen that does it says so.
